Cookies
A website does not work without cookies, but the vast majority of them are not needed to find out when we are open. Here is a list of everything that gets stored, and why.
Three categories
- Necessary. The website would not work without them. They carry your choice in the banner and protect the forms. They cannot be refused and reveal nothing about who you are.
- Analytics. They show us which pages people read and where they leave. Off by default.
- Marketing. They let us measure whether our advertising is worth it. Off by default.
Neither analytics nor marketing tools start until you switch them on. This is not a setting that can be bypassed: it is the condition under which those scripts load at all.

We maintain this list by hand and update it every time a tool is added to or removed from the website.
Changing your consent
You can change or fully withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal applies from then on, so it does not undo what was measured before.
You can also delete cookies directly in your browser, in the privacy settings. That will also remove the one that remembers your choice, so the website will ask you again.
