An orchard is a place you go without a plan. Something is always in bloom, something is always ripening, and no one expects you to understand it.
The Sad range is the most straightforward of the entire winery. Fresh, with pronounced acidity, distinctly fruity and uncomplicated. Simply wines for everyday drinking.
You can recognize it on the label by the square, representing trees planted in a regular grid.

Summer in a glass. Delicate bubbles, juicy fruit character and a slightly sweet style make it an ideal wine for hot days, picnics and evenings on the terrace. It drinks effortlessly, without overthinking, and tastes best thoroughly chilled.
A wine that stands between lightness and fullness. At first it comes across as fresh and open, but gradually reveals firmer structure, a more concentrated mid-palate and a longer, energetic finish.
Built on the natural harmony of Riesling and Sauvignon (70:30). The semi-dry style brings out its fruity openness and freshness, while the wine remains full and firm, with a clear structure.
